Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is simple: We will not give out your e-mail address, telephone number, home address, or other personal information without your explicit permission and for an explicit purpose. The information you provide will not be used for solicitation purposes by us or anyone else and it will never be sold for any reason.

At present we have no means to collect personal information other than through e-mail sent to our site. We would like to eventually provide for registered users and maybe even start a mailing list or blog, but that's been on the wish list for 9 years now. If and when a database is created, it would be used exclusively to support the mailing list, blog, or other intended function and for nothing else.

In the interest of protecting children, any idea or creative original work will only be posted on the site using the first name of the sender. Under no circumstances will we publish a last name or city of origin since we have no way to determine if the sender is a child. Please do not ask us to give full-name credit for any submissions. So far this hasn't been an issue, but it is our policy. In nine years of running the site we have not posted anything with credit outside of submissions by friends and family.

This privacy policy was revised in December of 2008. The revision resulted in even more restrictive language than previous versions. This policy is not subject to change other than to become more restrictive. Privacy on the Internet, and the world at large, has almost become a joke. We take it seriously.
